Keep the physical activities in «Úsalo» gentle and seated-friendly (stretch arms, stand up, sit down, breathe) so every student can participate. Usted commands share forms with the present subjunctive (Unit 5) — a good preview. Recycles Days 63 and 66.

No corra todavía y no levante cosas pesadas. Si le duele, descanse y póngase hielo. Y no se preocupe: ¡va muy bien! Vuelva a la clínica el próximo martes.
Good morning, Mr. Morales. We're going to do some exercises for your knee. First, sit down in the chair and put your feet on the floor. Breathe deeply. Very good. Now, raise your right leg slowly and count to five. Don't bend your knee. Lower your leg. Repeat the exercise ten times. At home, do these exercises twice a day and walk a little every morning. Don't run yet and don't lift heavy things. If it hurts, rest and put ice on it. And don't worry: you're doing very well! Come back to the clinic next Tuesday.
16 mandatos de usted. Compara: tú → ¡Respira! / usted → ¡Respire!; tú → ¡Haz! / usted → ¡Haga!
no respires (tú) → respire (usted) · no hagas (tú) → haga (usted)
Para ustedes, añade -n: respiren, hagan.
The usted command looks like the negative tú command without the -s. For ustedes, add -n.
