  1. Preparación (6 min): Poll; students review their prep cards with the checklist and a 3-minute timer. Set up 3–4 «offices» (two desks facing each other).
  2. Orden y tiempo (25 min): Interviews run in parallel: in each office one interviewer (student or teacher), one candidate, one observer. 4 minutes per interview + 1 minute of feedback, then rotate roles. Use the timer.
  3. Rúbrica (3 min): Remind everyone of the rubric before the first round; observers score with it.
  4. Preguntas (part of rotations): Interviewers draw questions from the roulette; they must ask at least one «¿Qué haría si…?».
  5. Comentarios (8 min): Observers complete the 2 stars + 1 wish checklist and give it to the candidate.
  6. Reflexión (8 min): Self-assessment scale and written reflection.
  7. Boleto de salida (5 min): Exit ticket and confidence check.

Grade the interviews you sit in on with the Day 157 rubric (repeated below); use observer sheets as evidence for the others, or record audio for later scoring. Rotation suggestion for groups of 3: Round 1 A interviews B (C observes), Round 2 B interviews C, Round 3 C interviews A. Students may bring their prep cards with key words, but not full scripts.
